Founded by Todd Hathaway, an Associate of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and RICS Registered Valuer (VRS), our Surrey and Home Counties based firm brings over a decade of experience across Surrey, West and South West London in delivering tailored solutions for property owners and buyers.
Our specialisation lies in pre-purchase surveys and valuation of properties ranging from 1 bed flats to 4 bed detached houses and beyond.
We also have a high level of expertise in valuations in upper-quarter, high-end properties, where attention to detail and a deep understanding of the market is paramount.
